当前部分建筑施工现场见证取样制度落实流于形式,对工程质量造成严重隐患,为保证见证取样送检工作的真实性,应加强整个见证取样工作链条从源头、事中及事后各环节的管控建设,有针对性地对样品的不真实、流程环节的缺失等方面加强或制定具体措施,构建工程质量监管的有效长期机制,确保工程质量安全,切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。

At present,the implementation of witness sampling system in some construction sites is a mere formality,which causes serious hidden dangers to the project quality,so we must take measures to crack down.In order to ensure the authenticity of the witness sampling work,we should strengthen the control construction of the whole witness sampling work chain from the source,in-process and after each link,strengthen or formulate specific measures for the untrue samples and the lack of process links,and build a long-term mechanism of project quality supervision,so as to ensure the project quality and safeguard the safety of people’s lives and property.
