建党时期中国共产党人对劳工问题的认识研究——基于《劳动界》的考察

CPC Members’ Understanding of the Labor Issue:A Review of the Labor World

劳工问题是20世纪20年代重要的社会问题,也是建党时期中国共产党人关注的重点问题。1920年创刊的《劳动界》周刊是中国共产党创建时期重要的劳工刊物,集中体现了该时期中国共产党人对劳工问题的认识。建党时期,中国共产党人通过调查和访谈等方式深入了解工人的生存境况、罢工斗争和团体组织状况,集中形成解决中国劳工问题的若干认识。其对于中国劳工问题的认识和分析都遵循从实践到认识,再通过新认识指导新实践的工作思路,体现出该时期中国共产党人对马克思主义理论方式方法上的理解和运用。

The labor issue in China,a salient social problem in the 1920 s,was a priority for members of the Communist Party of China(CPC).During the founding era of the CPC,Party members conducted surveys and interviews to better understand workers’living conditions and their strike actions.CPC members studied and analyzed the issue under the guidance of Marxism and published articles about their findings in the Labor World,a weekly journal for workers founded by the early Shanghai communist party group in 1920.This article studies Party members’understanding of the labor issue by analyzing essays published in the Labor World.
