平和坊功能提升中的结构加固研究

摘要 平和坊是建于上世纪八十年代的多层建筑,结构型式为木楼盖与混凝土楼盖并联的多层砌体结构,左侧2/5采用砖木结构,右侧3/5范围为钢筋混凝土地下室的砖混结构;建筑采用基础刚度和楼面整体性差异较大的结构布置导致平面和竖向刚度突变、空间变形不协调和结构整体性差,这些因素均不利于结构内力的传递;使用期间基础产生了不均匀沉降,左侧外纵墙体开裂,山墙有外倾斜趋势。选用合理的加固方法改善或消除主要不利因素成为房屋改造效果优劣的关键,通过钢筋混凝土楼板置换改造结构体系,同时将原条形基础扩展改为筏板基础,用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固墙体等多项措施来调整结构的的整体性和空间刚度分布,提高结构空间协同工作能力;改造后房屋结构体系合理,传力路径明确,承载力高,同时具有良好的延性和抗震性能,耐久性得到保证。 As a multi-storey building built in the 1980 s,Pinghe Lane adopts a structural type of parallel arrangement of brick-concrete structure and brick-wood structure,which was brick strip footing with reinforced concrete basement on the 3/5 right side of the bottom.The irregular layout,poor integrity and unreasonable structural system of Pinghe Lane are detrimental to the transmission of structural internal force,uneven settlement of the foundation makes partial wall inclined and cracked.Therefore,according to current situation and the housing reconstruction target of the house,the selection of reasonable strengthening methods is the key to the effect of house reconstruction.By replacing the existing floor with reinforced concrete slab to change the building’s structural system,the overall rigidity of the structure and the space collaborative work ability are improved by using a combination of the wall strengthening with reinforced concrete layer and changing the existing foundation type with raft.In this way,the structure force transmission path is clear,and the building has a large bearing capacity with good ductility and seismic performance.
