摘要
目前,建筑业的发展已由大规模的拆建转到新建与维护改造并重,一些既有建筑物都面临提升与改造加固问题。既有建筑结构改造与加固方法很多,应综合考虑结构现状、建筑类型、政策条件、改造后的使用功能及改造施工环境条件等因素,因地制宜地选择合理的改造加固技术措施与工艺。本文结合工程实例,介绍了老旧建筑和传统风貌建筑结构改造设计和施工中的一些关键技术措施、方法。工程实践表明,所采用的技术措施和设计处理方法可靠、安全适用、经济合理、施工操作简便,可为同类改造工程的设计和施工提供有价值的参考。
At present,the development of the construction industry has shifted from large-scale demolition to new construction and maintenance,and some existing buildings are faced with the problem of upgrading,alteration and reinforcement.Although there are many methods of reconstruction and reinforcement of existing building structures,the structural status,building type,policy conditions,the use function after reconstruction and the environmental conditions of reconstruction and construction should be considered comprehensively,and the reasonable technical measures and techniques of reconstruction and reinforcement should be selected according to local conditions.Combined with engineering examples,this paper introduces some key technical measures and methods in the structural reconstruction design and construction of old buildings and buildings with traditional features.The engineering practice shows that the technical measures and design treatment methods adopted are reliable,safe and applicable,economical and reasonable,and the construction operation is simple,which can provide valuable reference for the design and construction of similar reconstruction projects.
