倾斜摄影测量技术应用于农村不动产权籍调查

Applying oblique photogrammetry techniques to rural real estate investigation

为做好原国土资源部农村不动产权籍调查广州市白云区示范点项目,本文提出了一种将倾斜摄影测量技术应用于农村不动产权籍调查的技术方法,采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术获取农村不动产权籍调查的工作底图,并在此基础上获取界址点、界址线信息。经精度检核,较之于传统地籍测量方法效率提升的同时,也满足了不动产权籍调查的精度要求,证明该技术路线可以应用于农村不动产权籍调查工作。

According to the rural real estate investigation project of Ministry of Land and Resource,this paper presents the method of oblique photogrammetry techniques on rural real estate investigation.It describes the whole process of obtaining the working base map by means of UAV oblique photogrammetry techniques.On this basis,boundary site information is obtained.Accuracy test results show that the new methods has higher efficiency and satisfies the accuracy requirement of cadastral survey,and can be used in rural real estate investigation.
