轮式起重机用中心回转体测试方法探讨

针对轮式起重机用中心回转体典型窜油失效模式,结合中心回转体实际工况,提出了中心回转体进行窜油试验的必要性及测试方法。该测试方法有效模拟了旋转密封的实际工况,同时有效控制了中心回转体内部油温,提高了出厂试验的准确性。

According to the typical oil channeling failure mode of the center revolving body used in wheeled crane and the actual working condition of the center revolving body,the necessity and testing method of the oil channeling test of the center revolving body are put forward.The test method effectively simulates the actual working condition of the rotary seal,and controls the internal oil temperature of the center rotary body,and improves the accuracy of the ex-factory test.
