针对某新型号起重机操纵室,通过匹配计算优化操纵室悬置系统,通过实验验证,该操纵室综合隔振率大于70%,有效衰减起重机作业时的冲击与振动,提升驾驶员的作业舒适性。
For a new type of crane operation chamber,the suspension system of the control chamber is optimized through matching calculation.Through experimental verification,the comprehensive vibration isolation rate of the control chamber is more than 70%,which can effectively attenuate the impact and vibration of the crane operation,and improve the operating comfort of the driver.
