摘要
对于K型支腿结构的汽车起重机,前摆腿常规的操作步骤,应为先操作支腿摆出,再进行摆腿二节腿伸出,操作的顺序不能颠倒,否则,摆腿二节腿伸出将碰坏其前方走台板、驾驶室。尽管操纵支腿的摆动、二节腿伸采用不同标识按键,但仍有误操作的可能性,本文介绍一种控制汽车起重机摆腿二节腿伸动作的装置及方法,用于解决市场上关于汽车起重机K型支腿二节腿误动作的反馈。
For the crane with k-leg structure,the conventional operation procedure of front swing leg should be to first operate the leg to swing out,then the two legs of the swing leg extend,and the operation sequence cannot be reversed.Otherwise,the extension of the two legs of the swing leg will damage the front platform board and cab.Although different sign buttons are used for the swing and extension of the legs,there is still the possibility of misoperation.This paper introduces a device and method to control the movement of the two legs of the swing legs of the truck crane,which is used to solve the feedback on the misoperation of the two legs of the k-leg of the truck crane.
