摘要
全地面起重机底盘油气悬挂系统因其强大的路面通过性和驾乘舒适性得到广泛认可,车架和车桥的油气悬架系统不但提供平稳的缓冲力起到了减震的作用,同时又有一定的刚性来支撑车架。本文对某全地面起重机油气悬挂常见液压故障进行系统分析与诊断,并对油气悬挂液压阀构造及失效模式分析,为油气悬挂液压系统故障维修具有重要指导意义。
The oil and gas suspension system of the whole ground chassis is widely recognized for its strong pavement passability and ride comfort.The oil and gas suspension system of the vehicle frame and bridge not only provides a smooth buffer force to play the role of shock absorption,but also has a certain rigidity to support the vehicle frame.This paper analyzes and diagnoses the common hydraulic faults of oilgas suspension of a whole ground crane,and analyzes the structure and failure mode of oil-gas suspension hydraulic valve,which has important guiding significance for the maintenance of oil-gas suspension hydraulic system.
