摘要
随着国内大型履带式起重机制造技术的逐渐成熟,吊臂结构作为履带式起重机的主要承载结构,其结构复杂、使用条件苛刻且易损伤失效,是工程起重机关键性的结构件,经常承受交变载荷,施工过程中容易受损,一旦受损面临着承受经济损失。因此,修复方案至关重要,传统习惯修复工作由设备制造厂来鉴定、实施,伴随国内维修技术的进步,维修经验的积累,起重机的维修保养逐渐由国外制造厂转向国内维修厂商,国产化维修方案发挥了重要的作用。同时,维修方案的选择更加多样化,采用科学、经济、安全、高效的维修方案、可以快速完成维修任务,最大程度缩短设备的维修周期,降低维修成本,使设备快投入项目施工生产。
With the gradual maturity of large-scale track crane manufacturing technology in China,the boom structure as the main carrying structure of the track crane,its structure is complex,harsh conditions of use and easy to damage failure,is the key structural parts of the engineering crane,often bear the cross-variable load,the construction process is easy to be damaged,once the damage is faced with economic losses.Therefore,the repair program is very important,the traditional habit repair work by the equipment manufacturing plant to identify,implement,along with the progress of domestic repair technology,the accumulation of repair experience,crane repair and maintenance gradually from foreign manufacturers to domestic repair manufacturers,domestic repair program played an important role.At the same time,the choice of maintenance program is more diversified,the use of scientific,economical,safe and efficient maintenance program,can quickly complete the maintenance task,minimize the maintenance cycle of equipment,reduce maintenance costs,so that equipment quickly put into project construction and production.
