摘要
对某全地面起重机专用底盘变速箱在爬长坡过程中出现的高温故障进行了分析,对可能导致变速箱工作过程中产生高温的潜在因素进行排查。经过多项措施验证,查明了高温故障的根本原因,很好地解决了变速箱高温锁档无法正常行驶的问题,保证整机能够长距离、满负载正常行驶。
The high temperature faults in the process of climbing a long slope with a special chassis gearbox for an all-terrain crane were analyzed.Investigate the potential factors that may cause high temperatures during the transmission of the gearbox.After a number of measures have been verified.The root cause of the high-temperature failure has been identified.The problem of the transmissions high-temperature lockup unable to drive has been resolved.The crane can run normally at full load for a long distance.
