摘要
在起重机产品方案设计时,需要快速、适时的提取变幅系统在不同结构匹配状态下的铰点载荷,本文提出了一种工程技术人员可以快速掌握的基于PROE运动仿真的起重机变幅系统结构载荷计算方法,将结构运动和力平衡应用到起重机变幅系统计算中。利用PROE模型建立起重机变幅系统各部件的三维模型,通过装配关系中的连接约束建立各部件间的运动关系,在机构模块通过施加载荷和运动定义,完成机构运动仿真,提取运动过程中铰点载荷。为起重机变幅系统结构载荷计算提供一种简单高效的计算方法。
When designing the crane products,it is necessary to quickly and timely obtain the joint load of luffing system in different structural conditions.In this paper,a load calculation method based on Pro/E mechanism design for luffing system of crane is presented,which can be quickly mastered by engineers and be applied to the structural motion and force balance.Though taking the advantage of Pro/E 3D models and motion simulation,and establishing the motion relationship between the components to complete the mechanism simulation and extract the joint load.Provide a simple and efficient calculation method for structural load calculation of crane luffing system.
