摘要
本文从支腿跨距测量,信息处理策略与提示两个方面进行轮式起重机支腿跨距识别技术研究。本技术通过设置的支腿长度传感器以及特定的控制算法与策略,对支腿跨距状态进行自动识别,解决人为进行支腿跨距判断及信息输入时可能带来的支腿状态误判风险,提升起重机吊装安全性。
In this paper,the recognition technology of outrigger span of crane is studied from two aspects of outrigger span measurement,information processing strategy and prompt.Through the outrigger length sensor and the specific control algorithm and strategy,the technology can automatically identify the outrigger span status,solve the risk of false judgment of the outrigger state caused by artificial judgment of the outrigger span and information input,finally,improve the safety of crane hoisting.
