摘要
本文对某起重机活动支腿铰点变形进行了分类,并分别对这两种变形原因进行了分析,从拼点工艺优化及工艺支撑的使用等方面制定了变形控制方案,有效地解决了该种起重机活动支腿因变形导致的机加工质量问题。
This paper classified the deformation of the hinge point of a crane’s movable outrigger,and analyzed the causes of deformation respectively.Moreover,the deformation control plan was formulated from the aspects of joint process optimization and the use of process support,which effectively solved the machining quality problem caused by the deformation of the movable leg of the crane.
