摘要
本文介绍了一种起重机板组件制造过程中控制焊接变形的工艺研究。通过优化焊接顺序,研究合理的焊接位置。在工艺要求范围内选用适当的电压、电流、和焊接速度,所有焊缝都采用对称施焊法,对接纵焊缝处采用多层多道焊等科学防范措施减少焊接变形及残余应力,提高结构件的精度以及使用的可靠性。极大的减少加工成本,在提高产品质量的同时,又能为公司创造最大效益。
In this paper,a kind of welding deformation control technology for crane plate assembly manufacturing is introduced.By optimizing the welding sequence,the reasonable welding position is studied.The proper voltage,current and welding speed are selected in the range of process requirement,all welding seams are adopted symmetry welding method,and multi-layer and multi-pass welding is adopted at Longitudinal welding seam to reduce welding deformation and residual stress,improve the accuracy and reliability of structural components.Greatly reduce processing costs,improve product quality at the same time,but also for the company to create maximum benefits.
