摘要
大吨位全地面起重机作为工程机械行业的重要组成门类之一,伸臂筒体的精度直接影响吊装性能,本文针对以Rp0.2≥960Mpa高强钢为材质的伸臂筒体焊后变形问题,基于某调形设备研究不同板厚的伸臂筒体调形量与塑性变形量的关系,确定相应调形工艺参数,提高筒体尺寸精度。
The large tonnage all terrain craneis one of the important components of the construction machinery industry,the accuracy of the boom’s shape directly affects the hoisting performance.In this paper,the relationship between the shape adjusting volume and plastic deformation of the boom extension cylinder with different plate thickness is studied based on the existing shape adjustment equipment,and the corresponding shape adjustment process parameters are determined.As a result we can improve the accuracy of cylinder size.
