2,4-表油菜素内酯对低温胁迫下茶树生理特性的影响

Effects of 2,4-Epibrassinolide on Physiological Characteristics of Tea Plants under Chilling Stress

摘要 为探讨油菜素内酯(Brassinosteroids,BRs)对茶树抗寒性的影响,本研究以黔茶1号为试验材料,通过外源喷施茶树进行喷施处理,随后将其移入低温(0℃)下生长72h,研究EBR对茶树叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化酶活性等的影响。结果表明,在低温胁迫下,EBR处理可以提高茶树叶片中叶绿素的含量,抑制叶绿素降解;显著增加脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白的含量,保持细胞渗透平衡;减少丙二醛和过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))累积,提高抗氧化酶(SOD、POD)活性。由此可知,在低温胁迫发生时,EBR处理能诱导茶树叶片中渗透调节物质的积累,抑制脂质过氧化水平,提高抗氧化酶活性,从而缓解低温下茶树受到的损伤,提高茶树耐寒力。 In order to investigate the effect of Brassinosteroids(BRs)on cold resistance of tea plants,Qiancha 1were treated with different concentrations of 2,4-epibrassinolide(EBR)with successive culture 72 hours at 0℃.To study the effects of EBR on photosynthetic chlorophyll,malondialdehyde content,osmotic regulatory substance content and antioxidant enzyme activity of tea plants.The results induced that EBR treatment enhanced and inhibited the degradation of chlorophyll in tea leaves under chilling stress.After treatment with EBR,the contents of proline and soluble protein treatment significantly increased.Besides,EBR treatment decreased the contents of MDA and H_(2)O_(2)and increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes in the tea leaves cultures under low temperature conditions.Therefore,EBR treatment could improve the cold resistance of tea plants though inducing the accumulation of osmotic substances,inhibiting lipid peroxidation level and increasing antioxidant enzyme activity.
