一种含联苯菊酯蚊香的制备及其对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果研究

Preparation and Screening of A Mosquito Coil Incense Containing Bifenthrin and Its Control Effect on Tea Green Leafhopper(Empoasca onukii Matsuda)

摘要 由于茶园系统的特殊性,传统喷药方式药液无法接触茶树树冠下面的部分害虫,导致防治效果不理想。而烟雾式的含药蚊香,能充分接触到茶树树冠下层,达到提高农药防治效果的目的。本研究通过不同入药浓度、不同干燥方式、不同浸泡时间来制备含联苯菊酯蚊香,并进行田间试验,以验证含联苯菊酯的蚊香对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果。结果显示,采用50%市售农药、浸泡30 h、后采用热风风干方式,可制得联苯菊酯含量最高的蚊香制剂。田间防治试验表明,药后1d其对茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果为86.51%,在速效性上与单独喷施联苯菊酯大体相当,差异不显著;但药后7d的防治效果为53.56%,在持效性上要优于单独喷施联苯菊酯,差异达显著水平。同时燃用含联苯菊酯的蚊香后茶叶中农药残留未有检出,表明燃用含联苯菊酯的蚊香为可以有效减少茶叶中农药残留。与传统施药方式相比,燃用含联苯菊酯的蚊香这一新型施药方式在每亩施药成本上与传统背负式喷雾器施药相差不大,但施药速度为传统施药方式的4倍,同时极大减轻了劳动强度,在施药速率、施药劳动强度等方面具有明显的优势。因此,含联苯菊酯的蚊香在茶园生产上具有一定的应用前景,但具体应用上还需要进一步研究。 Due to the particularity of the tea garden system,traditional spraying methods cannot contact some pests under the tea tree canopy,resulting in unsatisfactory control effects.The smoke type mosquito repellent incense with medicine can fully contact the lower layer of the tea tree crown,achieving the goal of improving the effectiveness of pesticide control.This study prepared mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin at different concentrations,drying methods,and soaking times,and conducted field experiments to verify the control effect of the mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin on tea leafhoppers.The results showed that using 50%commercially available pesticides,soaking for 30 hours,and then using hot air drying method,the mosquito repellent incense preparation with the highest content of bifenthrin can be prepared.The field control experiment showed that its control effect on the tea leafhopper was 86.51%on the first day after treatment,and its quick efficacy was roughly equivalent to that of spraying bifenthrin alone,with no significant difference;However,the control effect after 7 days of treatment was 53.56%,which was better than spraying bifenthrin alone in terms of persistence,with a significant difference.No pesticide residues were detected in tea leaves after burning mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin at the same time,indicating that burning mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin can effectively reduce pesticide residues in tea leaves.Compared with the traditional application method,the new application method of burning mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin has little difference in the application cost per mu with the traditional backpack spray,but the application speed is 4 times of the traditional application method,which greatly reduces the labor intensity,and has obvious advantages in the application speed,application labor intensity,etc.Therefore,mosquito repellent incense containing bifenthrin has certain application prospects in tea garden production,but further research is needed on its specific application.
