茶艺技能竞赛中茶汤质量比拼要素探析

摘要 茶艺技能大赛个人赛实操技能以冲泡出高质量的茶汤为目的。2016年第三届全国茶艺职业技能竞赛新增了茶汤质量比拼项目,考量参赛选手的茶汤调控能力,茶叶品质表达能力和接待礼仪能力。因此,参赛选手要在茶艺技能大赛个人赛上取得优异成绩,除了学习理论知识、规定茶艺、自创茶艺以外,还应特别重视茶汤质量比拼。 Tea art skills contest individual practical operation skills to brew high quality tea soup for the purpose.In 2016,the third National Tea Art Vocational Skills Competition added a new tea soup quality competition item,which takes into account the contestants'tea soup regulation ability,tea quality expression ability and reception etiquette ability.Therefore,in order to achieve excellent results in the individual competition of tea art skills,contestants should pay special attention to the quality competition of tea soup in addition to learning theoretical knowledge,stipulating tea art and creating their own tea art.
