GC-MS法同时检测茶园土壤中12种塑化剂

Simultaneous Detection of 12 Plasticizers in Tea Garden Soil by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)

摘要 建立茶园土壤样品中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙氧基)乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丁氧基)乙酯等12种塑化剂含量的分析方法。以乙腈为提取剂,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)为净化剂,样品采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测,外标法定量。茶园土壤中12种塑化剂在0.01~5.0mg·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数(R2)>0.99,在0.01~1.0mg·kg^(-1)的浓度范围内回收率(n=5)为70%~119%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.73%~13.81%,定量限(LOQ)为0.01~0.05mg·kg^(-1)。瓮安县四个茶园土壤样品检测结果表明,12种塑化剂含量在0.05~0.52mg·kg^(-1)之间,均存在塑化剂污染。该方法操作简便、结果准确,可适用于茶园土壤中12种塑化剂含量的检测。 This study aims to establish an analytical method for the content of 12 plasticizers in the soil samples from tea garderns,including bis(2-ethoxy)phthalate-Butoxy ethyl ester,dimethyl phthalate,bis(2-ethoxy)ethyl phthalate,etc.The samples are extracted with acetonitrile solvent,purified by N-propyl ethylenediamine(PSA),and detected by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)using the external standard method for quantitative analysis.The linearity of the 12 plasticizers in tea garden soil is good in the range of 0.01~5.0mg·L^(-1)with the correlation coefficient(R2)>0.99.The limit of quantitations(LOQ)are 0.01~0.05mg·kg^(-1),all of the relative standard deviations(RSD)are 0.73%~13.81%with a recovery ratio(n=5)in the range of 70%~119%in the concentration range of 0.01~1.0mg·kg^(-1).It indicated that the soils of the four tea gardens in the Weng’an county are contaminated plasticizers in different degrees according to the actual sample test results,and the content ranged is between 0.05~0.52mg·kg^(-1).The established method is simple and accurate,and can be suitable for the detection of plasticizer content in tea garden soil.
