摘要
《茶叶审评技术》是高职茶艺与茶文化、茶叶生产与加工专业的一门核心专业课程。是面向评茶员职业等级认定和岗位技能教学培训的重要综合性专业课程,是一门研究茶叶感官鉴定的应用型课程。研究探索《茶叶审评技术》教学方法对于茶叶学科的进步和发展有重要意义。笔者通过多年实践,并总结出,《茶叶审评技术》作为一门应用型学科,教学应立足于培养学生动手能力,加强对学生实践能力和职业能力的培养,在教学过程中采用“理实一体化项目教学法”,是实现培养高技能人才知识目标和技能目标的有效途径。
"Tea Evaluation Technology"is a core professional course for higher vocational tea art and tea culture,tea production and processing.It is an important comprehensive professional course for the professional grade identification and job skills teaching and training of tea appraisers.It is an applied course for the study of tea sensory identification.The research and exploration of the teaching method of"Tea Evaluation Technology"is of great significance to the progress and development of the tea discipline.Through years of practice,the author concluded that,as an applied subject,"Tea Evaluation Technology"should be based on the cultivation of students'practical ability,strengthen the cultivation of students'practical ability and professional ability,and adopt"Reasonable and Practical"in the teaching process."Integrated Project Teaching Method"is an effective way to achieve the knowledge goal and skill goal of cultivating high-skilled talents.
