低FODMAPs饮食干预联合灸法在腹泻型肠易激综合征患者护理中的应用研究

Application Study on Low-FODMAPs Diet-intervention Combined with Byssocausis in the Nursing on the Patients with Diarrhea-Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:探讨低可发酵低聚糖、二糖、单糖、多元醇(low-FODMAPs)饮食干预联合灸法在腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2020年3月至2022年3月我科收治96例D-IBS患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组予以常规IBS饮食指导和护理干预,观察组予以low-FODMAPs饮食干预和艾灸辅助治疗。比较2组患者干预前及干预后(出院后1个月)IBS主要症状评分、疾病严重程度及其生活质量。疾病严重程度采用IBS病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评价,生活质量应用IBS生活质量评分量表(IBS-QOL)评价。结果:2组患者干预前大便次数、腹痛/腹部不适、腹胀、排便紧迫感各症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者各症状评分较干预前均明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组干预后各评分更低(P<0.05)。2组患者干预前IBS-SSS和IBS-QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者IBS-SSS评分均明显降低(P<0.05),IBS-QOL评分均明显升高(P<0.05);干预后2组间比较,观察组IBS-SSS评分更低(P<0.05),IBS-QOL评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:low-FODMAPs饮食干预及灸法辅助治疗有助于改善D-IBS临床症状,缓解病情,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of low-FODMAPs diet-intervention combined with byssocausis applied in the nursing on the patients with diarrhea-irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS).Methods Randomly divided 96D-IBS patients treated in author's dept.(2020-03-2022-03)into control group(48 cases,routine IBS diet induction and nursing intervention)and observation group(48cases,low-FODMAPs,and byssocausis);then compared both groups'ratings on main symptoms,disease's severity①,and patients'quality of life②before intervention and after intervention(1month after discharged),which①was evaluated by using(IBS-SSS),②was evaluated by using(IBS-QOL).Results In the ratings on defecation frequency,abdomen pain/abdomen incomfortalbe symptoms,burbulence,and hurried feeling of defecation,etc.symptoms of all before intervention there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention both groups'above-mentioned ratings were significantly declined(P<0.05),but observation groups'ones,more lower than control group's ones(P<0.05).Before intervention both groups'ratings of IBS-SSS and IBS-QOL had no statistical difference(P>0.05),but after intervention the ratings of IBS-SSS in both groups all declined(P<0.05),meanwhile,ones of IBS-GOL,lifted(P<0.05);after intervention in observation group the ratings of IBS-SSS were more lower,the ones of IBS-GOL were more higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-FODMAPs diet-intervention plus byssocausis for assisting to treat D-IBS in the nursing on patients is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms,relieve condition,and enhance patients'quality of life.
