摘要
目的:探讨回授法健康教育用于肠造口患者的效果。方法:将60例肠造口患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受传统健康教育,观察组接受回授法健康教育。比较2组患者干预后自护能力及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组自护能力评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组出院后3个月肠造口相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:回授法健康教育有助于提高肠造口患者自护能力,减少造口相关并发症。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of teach-back method health education on the patients undergoing stomy.Methods Randomly divided 60patients undergoing stomy in authors'hospital(2021-01-12)into control group(30cases,routine health teaching on them)and observation group 30cases,instead of teach-back method health education;then,compared both groups'patients'self-care agency after intervention,as well as complication incidence status.Results In the score ratings on self-care agency,and in the incidence of complication related to stomy 3months after discharged observation group was respectively higher,and lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion The teach-back method health education on patients undergoing stomy is helpful to enhance their self-care agency,and reduce related complication.
