健脾祛瘀解毒汤在晚期结直肠癌化疗中的应用效果分析

The Efficacy of Jianpi Quyu Jiedu Tang Applied During Chemotherapy on Late Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:探讨健脾祛瘀解毒汤在晚期结直肠癌化疗中的应用效果。方法:以2019年6月至2022年6月于我科接受化疗的100例晚期结直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组接受常规化疗,观察组在常规化疗期间予以健脾祛瘀解毒汤口服。比较2组治疗效果及化疗毒副反应。结果:观察组客观缓解率、疾病控制率均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后2组患者肛门坠胀、腹胀便溏/腹部冷痛、痞满纳呆、神疲乏力、便血症状评分均降低,且观察组比对照组更低,P<0.05。观察组化疗毒副反应轻于对照组,P<0.05。结论:晚期结直肠癌患者化疗期间辅以健脾祛瘀解毒汤口服治疗,可提高治疗效果,控制疾病进展,减轻临床症状和毒副反应。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Jianpi Quyu Jiedu Tang(Tang,a TCM formula,for invigorating spleen,removing blood,stasis,and removing toxicity)applied during chemotherapy on late colorectal cancer patients.Methods Randomly divided 100patients with late colorectal cancer who received chemotherapy in authors'hospital(2019-06-2022-06)into control group(50cases,routine chemotherapy)and observation group(50cases,oral administered Tang amidst chemotherapy);then,compared both groups'curative effect and adverse reaction from chemotherapy.Results In observation group objective remission rate,and disease controlled rate were all significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);after treatment both groups'ratings on symptoms such as anal bearing-down&swelling,burbulence&loose stool/abdomine cold&pain,mass at the spleen and anorexia,spiritlessness weakness,as well as hematochezia were declined,but,observation group's ones were more lower than control group's ones(P<0.05);Also,observation groups'ones were more lower than control group's ones(P<0.05);Also,observation group's chemotherapy's adverse reaction was slighter than control group's one(P<0.05).Conclusion Amidst chemotherapy on late colorectal cancer patients adding Tang to them can enhance effect,control disease progression,as well as reduce patients'clinical symptoms and adverse reaction.
