结直肠癌术后应用全程优质护理模式对患者生活质量与抑郁情绪的影响

The Influence of Top-notch Nursing Model for Whole Course after Colorectal Cancer Surgery on Patients’ Quality of Life,and Depression Emotion

目的:探讨结直肠癌术后护理中采用全程优质护理对患者生活质量及抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年5月,80例结直肠癌术后患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各40例。对照组实行常规护理干预,干预组实行全程优质护理干预,对比2组术后生活质量及抑郁情绪等。结果:干预后,2组生活质量评分均提高,且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05);2组抑郁评分均降低,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者术后采用全程优质护理模式,能够改善其抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of whole course top-notch nursing model after colorectal cancer surgery on patients’quality of life,and their depression emotion.Methods Randomly divided 80 patients underwent colorectal cancer surgery in author’s hospital(2020-10-2021-05)into control group(40 cases,routine nursing intervention)and intervention group(40 cases,whole course top-notch nursing intervention);then compared both groups’patients’postoperative quality of life,and their depression emotion,etc.Results After intervention both groups’ratings on quality of life were increased,and in intervention group were higher than in control group(P<0.05);also,the ratings on depression were declined in both groups,but in intervention group,more lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After surgery for colorectal cancer adopting whole course top-notch nursing model can improve patients’depression emotion,and enhance their quality of life.
