地榆黄参汤熏蒸联合小针刀括约肌部分切断术治疗肛裂41例

Diyu Huangshen Tang for Fuming-steaming Combined with Mini-needle Knife Performing Partialy Ampulation of Sphincter in the Treatment of Anal Fissure of 41 Cases

目的:研讨地榆黄参汤熏蒸联合小针刀部分括约肌切断术治疗肛裂的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月,本院治疗的82例肛裂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。观察组采用地榆黄参汤熏蒸联合小针刀部分括约肌切断术治疗,对照组接受地榆黄参汤熏蒸联合肛裂侧切术治疗,比较2组临床疗效,围术期指标和恢复情况。结果:治疗后观察组疗效优于对照组,手术时间、术中出血量以及术后疼痛评分低于对照组,恢复情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地榆黄参汤熏蒸联合小针刀部分括约肌切断术治疗肛裂临床价值较高,能够显著改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,促进快速康复,使整体治疗质量得到提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Diyu Huangshen Tang(Tang)for fuming-steaming combined with mini-needle knife(MNK)performing partialy amputation of sphincter in the treatment of anal fissure(AF).Methods Randomly divided 82 AF patients treated in author’s hospital(2020-01-2021-01)into observation group(41 cases,Tang plus MNK performing partialy amputation of sphincter)and control group(41 cases,Tang plus laterally incision of AF);then,compared both groups’clinical effect,the norms at perioperation,and the status on the condition recovered.Results After treatment in effect,in the status on the condition recovered,as well as in the score ratings on postoperative pain,on operating time,and on intraoperative bleeding volume,etc,observation group was respectively superior to,superior to,as well as lower than contorl group(all,P<0.05).Conclusion Tang for fuming-steaming combined with MNK performing partialy ampulation of sphincter in the treatment of AF,has higher clinical value,can significantly improve clinical symptoms,promote fast rehabilitation,thus make whole treatment quality uplifted.
