优质护理对小儿肛周脓肿术后并发症及生活质量的影响

Influence of Top-quality Nursing on Postoperative Complications and Life Quality in Infant Patients with Perianal Abscess

为观察优质护理对小儿肛周脓肿术后并发症及生活质量的影响,将70例肛周脓肿患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患儿采用常规护理方式,观察组患儿采用优质护理,比较2组患儿术后疼痛评分、生活质量及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,术后7d、14d观察组疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理前2组患儿生活质量评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组患儿生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率为14.29%,明显低于对照组的37.14%(P<0.05)。结果表明,对肛周脓肿患儿采取优质护理可显著缓解患儿术后疼痛,减少术后并发症发生,提高生活质量。

To observe the influence of top-quality nursing on the postoperative complications and life quality in infant patients with perianal abscess,70 infant patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into control group(n=35,treated with routine nursing)and observation group(n=35,treated with top-quality nursing),then postoperative pain scores,quality of life and postoperative complications were compared between the 2 groups.As results,the pain scores of 7 days and 14 days after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in quality of life scores before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),in the quality of life score after nursing observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(14.29%vs 37.14%,P<0.05).The results show that top-quality nursing for infant patients with perianal abscess can significantly relieve postoperative pain,reduce postoperative complications and improve quality of life.
