加速康复外科理念在环状混合痔患者围手术期护理中的应用

Application Efficacy of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery in Perioperative Nursing on Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

为观察加速康复外科理念在环状混合痔患者围手术期护理中的应用效果,将环状混合痔患者90例随机分为常规护理组和加速康复外科理念组,每组45例。常规护理组采用传统护理干预,加速康复外科理念组采用加速康复外科理念护理,比较2组患者满意度,手术时间、住院时间,护理前后疼痛程度、焦虑评分、去甲肾上腺素水平以及术后并发症发生率。结果显示,加速康复外科理念组患者满意度高于常规护理组(P<0.05),手术时间、住院时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05),护理后加速康复外科理念组疼痛程度、焦虑评分、去甲肾上腺素水平以及术后并发症发生率均低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结果表明,加速康复外科理念在环状混合痔患者围手术期护理中效果确切,可缩短手术时间、住院时间,缓解疼痛和减轻患者身心不良应激,提高患者满意度。

This study was to observe the efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)applied in perioperative nursing on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients,randomly divided 90 cases of this hemorrhoids into routine group(45 cases,routine nursing intervention)and ERAS group(45 cases,nursing according to EARS conception);then,compared both groups’patient’s satisfactory degree,operating time,hospitalization time,pain degree before and after nursing;anxiety emotion,norepinephrine level,and the incidence of postoperative complication.As results,in patients’satisfactory degree;in the time of operating and of hospitalization;as well in pain degree,anxiety emotion,norepinephrine level,and postoeprative incidence of complication ERAS group was respectively higher,shorter,as well lower than routine group(P<0.05,all).Results show that according to ERAS conception implementing perioperative nursing on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients can achieve determined efficacy,shorten operating and hospitalization time,reduce patients’pain and psychosomatic bad stress,thus enhance their satisfactory degree.
