围术期疼痛护理干预在结直肠癌患者术后的应用

Postoperative Application of Perioperative Pain Nursing Intervention in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

为观察围术期疼痛护理干预在结直肠癌患者术后的应用效果,将结直肠癌手术患者60例随机分为常规组和干预组,每组30例。常规组患者采用常规护理,干预组患者在常规组护理的基础上接受疼痛护理干预,比较2组患者疼痛程度、术后指标、睡眠质量以及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示,护理后干预组患者在疼痛程度、术后指标、睡眠质量方面均优于常规组(P<0.05);干预组患者术后并发症发生率为6.67%,常规组为23.33%,干预组明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,围术期疼痛护理干预可减轻患者术后疼痛,提高睡眠质量,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。

To observe the postoperative application effect of perioperative pain nursing intervention in colorectal cancer patients,60 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into routine group(n=30,treated with routine nursing)and intervention group(n=30,treated with pain nursing intervention on the basis of routine group),then the pain degree,postoperative indexes,sleep quality and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.As results,after nursing,in pain degree,postoperative indexes and sleep quality,intervention group was better than routine group(P<0.05),in the incidence of postoperative complications,intervention group was significantly lower than routine group(6.67%vs 23.33%,P<0.05).The results show that perioperative pain nursing intervention can relieve postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
