HIF-1α、β-catenin蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系

Expression on Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α and β-catenin Protein in Colonic Cancer Tissue,and Its Relation with Clinical Pathology

为分析HIF-1α、β-catenin蛋白在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系,选取我院2017-2018年收治的结肠癌患者80例。使用腹腔镜获取结肠癌组织标本80份,将其纳入病例组;另获取结肠癌旁正常组织80份,将其纳入对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测2组结肠组织中HIF-1α、β-catenin表达,问卷调查统计患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况等。结果显示,病例组HIF-1α阳性率、β-catenin异位率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织HIF-1α、β-catenin表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤直径、合并症无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中HIF-1α与β-catenin表达具有显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结果表明,HIF-1α、β-catenin蛋白与结肠癌发生、发展密切相关,二者均参与了结肠癌淋巴转移和肿瘤发展过程。

This study was to investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)andβ-catenin protein in colonic cancer tissue,and analyse its relation with clinical pathology,enrolled 80 colonic cancer patients treated in author’s hospital from 2017 yr to 2018 yr.as case group,through laparoscopically sampling 80 pieces of colonic cancer tissue from these patients,at the same time,sampling patients’normal tissue closed to cancer tissue(80 pieces)as control group;then by using immuno-histo-chemistry detection method detected both groups’HIF-1αandβ-catenin protein expression,took questionnaire to survey patients:gender,age,tumor-diameter,staging,differentiation degree,and lymph-node metastasis status.As results,in case group positive rate of HIF-1α,ectopic rate ofβ-catenin was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the expression of HIF-1αandβ-catenin in colonic cancer tissue did not related to patients’age,gender,tumor-diameter and complication(P>0.05);but was related to TNM stage,differentiation degree and lymph-node metastasis(P<0.05);And,in colonic cancer tissue expression of HIF-1αand that ofβ-catenin has significantly proportional relation(P<0.05).Results show that HIF-1αandβ-catenin protein are closely related to the development and progression of colonic cancer,both all involved in lymph tract metastasis of colonic cancer,as well in tumor progression.
