规范化护理干预对先天性肛门闭锁患儿术后恢复的影响

Influence of Standardized Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Recovery of Infants with Congenital Anal Atresia

为探讨规范化护理干预措施对先天性肛门闭锁患儿术后精神状态、进食及排便情况的影响,将74例先天性肛门闭锁患儿随机分成对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受规范化护理干预措施,比较2组康复效果、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果显示,观察组精神状态不佳、进食不佳、排便不佳比率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为8.11%,低于对照组的27.03%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,规范化护理干预可有效改善先天性肛门闭锁患儿的精神状态,优化患儿进食和排便情况,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the influence of standardized nursing intervention(SNI)on postopeative recovery of infants with congenital anal atresia(CAA),including their mental status,eating and defecation,etc,randomly divided 74 infants with CAA into control group(37 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(37 cases,above SNI);then compared patients’rehabilitation efficacy,complication and nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups.As results,in the accounted ratio of bad mental status,bad eating situation and defeaction,in the time of hospitalization,and in nursing satisfactory degree,as well as in complication incidence(8.11%vs 27.03%)observation group was respectively lower,shorter and higher as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that SNI can effectively improve CAA infantile’s mental status,optimize their eating and defecation situation,reduce complication incidence,enhance nursing satisfactory degree.It is whorthy of clinical popularization and application.
