优质护理干预在腰椎骨折患者术后腹胀便秘中的效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Top-notch Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Burbulence and Constipation of Patients with Lumbar Vertebbrae Fracture

为观察优质护理干预对腰椎骨折患者术后腹胀、便秘的效果,将114例腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘患者随机分为优质组和常规组,每组57例。常规组采取常规骨科护理措施,优质组患者采取优质护理干预,比较2组患者术后腹胀、便秘的发生率,术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间、1周排便次数及护理满意度。结果显示,优质组患者术后便秘、腹胀的发生率为19.30%,明显低于常规组的43.86%(P<0.05),优质组患者术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05),1周排便次数多于常规组(P<0.05);优质组护理满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结果表明,优质护理干预可以降低腰椎骨折患者术后腹胀、便秘的发生率,对患者临床症状的预防和治疗有显著效果。同时,优质护理还能提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the efficacy of top-notch nursing intervention on postoperative burbulence and constipation of patients with lumbar vertebrae fracture,randomly divided 114 cases met above condition into routine group(57 cases,routine nursing)and top-notch group(57 casesm,top-notch nursing);then compared both groups’incidence of postoperative burbulence and constipation,the time postoperative first-time flatus and bowel movement,defecation time per one week,and nursing satisfactory degree.As results,in the incidence of postoperative burbulence and constipation;in the time of first-time flatus,and bowel movement;in defecation frequency per one week;and in nursing satisfactory degree top-notch group was respectively and significantly lower(19.30%vs 43.86%),shorter,more and higher than routine group(all,P<0.05).Results show that top-notch nursing intervention can decline patients’postoperative incidence of burbulence and constipation,enhance their satisfactory degree,for preventing&treating clinical symptoms,has significantly effecacy.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
