区域国别研究中的话语体系建设:以拉美和加勒比地区为中心

Discourse System Construction in Area Studies:Focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean

区域国别研究是对国家发展战略和时代需求的积极回应,加强具有中国特色的话语体系建设是推进区域国别研究的重要路径。在中国的区域国别研究中,拉美和加勒比地区已经得到一定关注,但仍有可以拓展的空间。中国的拉美研究应围绕拉美本土理论、殖民遗产、拉美现代化、中拉关系和中拉命运共同体展开更为深入的探讨。拉美研究与中国立场、关切相结合,有助于建构具有中国特色的拉美研究话语,亦是推进区域国别研究的应有之义。

Area studies are a positive response to national development strategies and the needs ofthe times,and strengthening the construction of a discourse system with Chinese characteristics is an important path to promoting area studies.In China’s area studies,Latin America and the Caribbean have received attention,but there is still room for development.For more in-depth exploration,China’s Latin American studies should focus on the indigenous theories,their colonial heritage,Latin American modernization,China-Latin America relations,and the China-Latin America community of destiny.The combination of Latin American studies with China’s position and concerns will be conducive to constructing a discourse system of Latin American studies with Chinese characteristics,which is an important mission of promoting area studies.
