沙特王储访华与“一带一路”建设在中东的积极影响分析

The Positive Influence of “the Belt and Road” Construction in the Middle East——In View of Saudi Crown Prince’s Visit to China Highlights

沙特阿拉伯王储兼副首相、国防大臣穆罕默德·本·萨勒曼于2019年2月对中国进行了为期两天的访问。在此期间,中国国家主席习近平和沙特王储穆罕默德共同商讨了两国战略合作的愿景尤其是沙特"2030愿景"和中国"一带一路"建设对接的实施,达成了重大共识。为具体落实这一共识,国务院副总理韩正和沙特王储共同主持了中沙高级别联合委员会第三次会议,签署了多领域的合作协议。沙特王储访华不仅有利于促进中沙两国双边关系的发展,而且对中国和伊斯兰世界关系的良好发展有积极影响,更为"一带一路"沿线国家和中国的合作起到了示范性作用。

Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Minister of Defense,paid a two-day visit to China in February 2019. During this period,Chinese President Xi Jinping and Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed jointly discussed the vision of strategic cooperation between the two countries,especially the implementation of the docking between Saudi Arabia’s "Vision 2030 " and China’s "the Belt and Road"construction,and reached a major consensus. To implement the consensus,Vice Premier Han Zheng and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia co-chaired the third meeting of the China-Saudi Arabia High-level Joint Committee and signed a multi-field cooperation agreement. Saudi Crown Prince’s visit to China is beneficial not only to the promotion of bilateral relations between China and Saudi Arabia,but also to the development of relations between China and the Islamic world. The visit has also played an exemplary role in the cooperation between China and the countries along "the Belt and Road"route.
