摘要
如何有效地延长技术系统使用寿命,是大部分老旧自动化系统面临的现实问题,本文主要介绍我集团播控系统因年久设备老化、故障频发、部分核心设备损坏等系列因素的影响,系统运行维护面临窘境的情况下,采取替换故障的核心Ether Audio网络矩阵的方法达到解决硬件故障的同时保留原系统的软件整体特点的目的。
How to prolong the service life of technical systems effectively is a practical problem faced by most old automation systems.This paper mainly introduces the impact of a series of factors on the broadcast control system of our group,such as the aging of equipment,frequent failures,and damage to some core equipment.When the system operation and maintenance are faced with a dilemma,the method of replacing the failure core Ether Audio network matrix is adopted to solve the hardware failure while retaining the overall characteristics of the original system software.
