摘要 本文基于IPTV播控平台,介绍了通过采用高密度集群转码技术、高集成度新媒体播出技术及全环节、全流程的安全播出监控设计来实现IPTV轮播系统在制、播、监等关键环节的解决方案和核心特色,同时,简要说明了IPTV基于云架构的统一转码中心的架构设计及与全台网互联互通的实现方案。 Based on the Beijing IPTV broadcast platform,this paper introduces the solutions and core features of key links such as in production,broadcasting and monitoring of Beijing IPTV carousel system through the use of high-integration cluster transcoding technology,highly integrated new media broadcasting technology and the design of the full link and full process security broadcasting monitoring.At the same time,it also briefly describes the architecture design of the Beijing IPTV unified transcoding center based on Cloud Architecture and the implementation scheme of interconnection with the whole station network.
