甲状腺乳头状癌组织FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达与其病情和预后关系分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达与其病情和预后关系。方法选取甲状腺乳头状癌术后组织及其癌旁正常甲状腺组织80例,采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测甲状腺乳头状癌组织及癌旁正常甲状腺组织的FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达情况。结果甲状腺乳头状癌组织FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达明显高于癌旁正常甲状腺组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单因素分析结果显示,FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理分级等有关(P<0.05)。随访1年后,死亡患者FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达明显高于生存患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展有关,检测FoxM1、Ki-67、VEGF、p27表达对评估患者病情发展及预后具有重要的价值。 Objective To discuss the correlations between the expression of FoxM1,ki-67,VEGF and p27 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and prognosis.Methods Eighty cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and adjacent normal thyroid tissue were selected from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital.The expression of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 in papillary thyroid carcinoma and normal thyroid tissues adjacent to thyroid cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry(SP).Results The expression of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal thyroid tissue adjacent to cancer(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that the expression of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 were correlated to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and pathological grade(P<0.05).Following up for 1 year,the expression of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 in dead patients were significantly higher than those in survivors(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 is correlated with the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Detection of FoxM1,Ki-67,VEGF and p27 expression has important value in evaluating the development and prognosis of thyroid cancer.
