The concept of National Security Strategy was originated and confirmed in the United States in the 1980s followed by a profound impact on the world ever since.For a long time,this concept has been confined as a vocabulary with a relatively vague connotation.However,according to the history,it is neither different from the National Strategy nor necessarily equal to the Grand Strategy.Its connotation is mainly the planning and guidance of the overall national security.The National Security Strategy occupies a relatively high position in the national strategic system,exerting an overall,long-term and fundamental influence.Comparing the national security strategy theories of major powers and referring to the official text of the National Security Strategy,a"3+1"basic theoretical analysis framework constituted by the National Security Strategy Environment Theory,the National Security Strategic Goal Theory,the National Security Strategy Implementation Theory and the National Security Strategy Evaluation Theory can be formed.
