国家安全是安邦定国重要基石。习近平总书记准确把握新时代国家安全的新形势新特点,创造性提出总体国家安全观,为维护国家安全提供了根本遵循。总体国家安全观的思想维度主要包括“人民至上”的宗旨观、“以维护政治安全为首要”的首位观、“大安全格局”的体系观、“发展和安全并重”的协调观、“共同安全”的天下观、“依法维护国家安全”的法治观、“敢于斗争、善于斗争”的斗争观等。新征程上,应运用系统观念推进构建大安全格局,努力实现国家安全体系和能力现代化,开创新时代国家安全工作新局面。

National security is the foundation of a stable country.General Secretary Xi Jinping,with a keen understanding of the new circumstances and features underlying national security in the era,has put forward a systemic thought on holistic approach to national security,which provides the fundamental guidance for safeguarding national security.The holistic approach to national security in ideological dimension encompasses the purpose of“putting people first”,the primary idea of“prioritizing political security”,a systematic vision of“grand security architecture”,a“balanced approach to development and security”,a global vision of“common security”,the rule of law featured by“safeguarding national security in accordance with law”and the fighting spirit of“having the courage and ability to carry on our fight”.On the new journey,we should apply systems thinking to building the grand security architecture,modernize national security system and capacity,and create new prospects for national security.
