新时代军事教育方针是新时代我军军事教育的方向指南和根本遵循,它是军队开展一切教育的前提和保障,在官兵理想信念教育中也必须坚决贯彻执行。论文详细论述了军人理想信念的内涵和新时代军人理想信念的核心特征,从铸造灵魂、凝聚军心、坚定信念、引领方向、破解疑惑等五个方面阐述新时代强化我军官兵理想信念教育的重要作用。

The Military Education Policy in the New Era is a guide for the military education to follow in the new era.It is the prerequisite and guarantee for all military education and it must be carried out firmly in ideal and faith education in armed forces.This paper discusses in detail the connotation of ideals and beliefs of the forces.It also analyses the core features of the ideals and beliefs of the forces in the new era.This paper expounds the important functions of strengthening the ideal and belief education of our army in the new era from the following aspects:forging the soul,condensing the army’s morale,strengthening the belief,guiding the direction and solving the doubts.
