Discussion on Information Consciousness Training Methods for Cadets Majoring in Information

通过情报意识在培养情报干部方面所起的作用,提出了培养学员情报意识具备的三个条件;明确了科学文化理论知识、情报交流工具、情报实践环节在培养学员情报意识方面所起的作用;阐述了情报的搜集和捕捉能力、思维和判断能力对于培养学员情报意识应该完成的基本动作。

Based on the role of the intelligence consciousness in the process of cultivating intelligence talents,three prerequisites are put forward for fostering cadets’intelligence consciousness.In addition,the effectiveness of specific elements including theoretical knowledge,intelligence communication tools together with intelligence practice procedure on cultivating cadets’intelligence consciousness are clarified.Finally,a strategy of accomplishing the basic behaviors is elaborated when training the capabilities involving intelligence collective,capturing,thinking and judgment for fostering the intelligence consciousness.
