Analysis on Support Mechanism of Teaching and Training Site in Coast Guard Academy

以习主席提出的"为战育人"为导向,本文首先分析当前海警院校教学训练场地保障机制的现状及问题,进而提出新的保障理念,并从明确制度、完善体系、精确管理、信息与集约化保障、军民融合、改进评价模式、拓展保障范围等几个方面给出相应的改进建议。

The current situation and problems of the site support mechanism in China Coast Guard Academy are analyzed,taking President Xi's instruction of"Fostering talents for war"as the guidance.Then,in order to realize the full support,suggestions are given on how to specify regulations,perfect system,refine management,offer the information and intensive support,realize civil-military integration,improve the evaluation mode and expand the scope of supporting.
