基于风险管理理论的海警部队车辆安全管理研究

Research on Vehicle Safety Management of China Coast Guard based on Risk Management Theory

风险管理理论作为一门管理技术,已经成功应用于道路交通安全管理的领域。本文在总结以往规章制度和经验积累的基础上,尝试提出将风险管理理论应用于车辆管理即海警部队车辆保障中,进一步论证该方法的可操作性,力求将风险因素的评估与应对方法应用到实际车辆勤务保障任务中去,为今后部队车辆管理在方法和理念上的提升提供理论支撑。

As a management technology,the risk management theory has been successfully used in the field of road safety management.Based on the summary of the previous rules and regulations and experiences,this paper tries applying the risk management theory to the vehicle management,namely the vehicle support services in China Coast Guard,and further demonstrates the feasibility of the method,striving to apply risk factor assessments and countermeasures to actual vehicle support services,and improve the ideas and methods of military vehicle management.
