浅谈海警舰艇文化建设

Brief Introduction to the Cultural Construction of China Coast Guard Ships

海警舰艇文化是先进军事文化建设的重要组成部分。随着海警转隶武警部队和新时代海警使命任务的拓展,舰艇巡航、岛礁值守、海上执法等任务逐步成为常态,加强新时代海警舰艇文化建设对于铸魂育人和遂行维权执法任务具有十分重要的现实意义。笔者通过分析海警舰艇文化内涵、海警舰艇文化建设面临的挑战、存在的问题,进而提出加强海警舰艇文化建设的对策建议。

The culture of China coast guard ships is a key ingredient of advanced military culture construction.With the incorporation of China Coast Guard into the Armed Police Force and the extension of its missions and duties,patrolling,island watch and maritime law enforcement have gradually become the norm.It is of great significance to strengthen the cultural construction of the China coast guard ships in the new era for educating soldiers,casting spirits,safeguarding and law enforcement.Based on the analysis of the cultural connotation,the challenges and existing problems in the cultural construction of China coast guard ships,some measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the cultural construction of coast guard ships.
