实战化背景下海警勤务保障类课程教学改革探析

Analysis on Teaching Reform of Marine Police Logistics Courses under the background of Actual Combat

实战化教学对军队院校人才培养提出了更高的要求,军队院校应适应新形势新要求,大力开展实战化教学,突出实战、实用、实效导向,教战、研战、学战、练战。本文通过阐述勤务保障类课程实战化教学概念,分析实战化教学的现状,提出了推进勤务保障类课程实战化教学若干对策,应当从更新课程教学理念、创新课程教学模式、优化课程教学内容、建设实战教员队伍、构建实战教学环境等方面加以改进。

Actual combat teaching puts forward higher requirements for military academy talent training,military academy should adapt to the new situation and new requirements,vigorously carry out actual combat teaching,highlighting actual combat,practical,results-oriented,teaching,research,learning and training.In this paper,the logistics classes combat teaching concept,analyzes the present situation of combat teaching,puts forward the logistics classes combat teaching several countermeasures,we should renew the idea of teaching,innovative teaching mode,optimizing teaching contents,construction of actual combat faculty team,build practical teaching environment improved.
