海上盗窃犯罪侦防对策研究

Study on Countermeasures to Maritime Theft Crime Investigation

海上经济贸易活动的增加使得海上盗窃案件数量也随之上升,由于海上盗窃犯罪发生的特殊环境,后期侦查工作难以开展,因此海上盗窃案件的侦破始终是一大难题。本文从海上盗窃犯罪团伙性明显、犯罪区域广、现场痕迹难提取等特点出发,针对此类案件的特征进行详细分析,同时还就海上盗窃案件多发的原因进行概述,进而就如何进行侦查和预防提出可行性的措施。

Maritime theft cases increase along with the increasing marine economic trade and activities.Due to the special environment of the maritime theft crimes,it is hard to conduct investigation,so it is always a big problem to solve the maritime theft cases.Based on the characteristics of the maritime theft crimes,such as the obvious nature of criminal gang,the wide crime area,and the difficulty in extracting the traces on the scene,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the case features,and outlines the reasons for the frequent occurrence of maritime theft,so as to propose feasible measures on how to carry out investigation and prevention.
