海警工作站建设问题初探

Study on Construction of Coast Guard Workstation

当前,海警工作站面临着职权划分不明确、落实建设标准难度大、后勤保障以及部队管理难度大等问题,本文结合实际,从完善法规,进一步明确职权分工;科学统筹,抓好重点工程建设;上下联动,提高后勤保障能力;正风肃纪,不断加强部队管理四个方面提出一些建议,旨在推动海警工作站更好地发挥职能使命,向前发展,向强迈进,助推海警部队不断发展壮大。

Presently,the coast guard workstation is faced with such problems as unclear division of functions,difficulty in implementing construction standards,difficulty in logistics support and difficulty in army management.The author puts forward some suggestions on improving the laws and regulations to further clarify the division of powers;making overall arrangements to focus on the construction of key projects;making joint efforts to improve logistics support capacity;and strictly enforcing discipline and strengthening the management of the force.It aims to promote the development of coast guard workstation and better perform its functions and missions,and thus boost the continuous development of coast guard.
