摘要
差旅费是行政事业单位人员公务出差期间产生的交通费、住宿费、伙食补助费等各项费用的统称。本文围绕行政事业单位差旅费管理涵义,分析了行政事业单位差旅费管理现状及存在的问题,结合现代信息技术和网络平台发展,提出了行政事业单位差旅费管理的新思路,具体包括创新思维、改进方法、简化流程和数据共享等,以供实践工作参考。
Travel expenses refer to the various expenses such as transportation expense,accommodation expense,etc.incurred by the staff members of administrative institutions during their trips.This paper analyzes the present situations and existing problems of travel expenses management in the administrative institutions,and,with the help of modern information technology and network,puts forward the innovative approaches of travel expenses management,including innovative thinking,method improvement,process simplification and data sharing,etc.
