浅析海警部队新训期间新兵思想问题成因及对策

On causes and countermeasures of the ideological problems of the new coast guard recruits during the basic training

自海警队伍整体划归中国人民武装警察部队领导指挥后,海警部队新兵新训工作首次由海警局统一部署至山东、江苏、广东、海南四个海警训练基地同时开展,在新训过程中,新兵同志出现了一些思想问题,而准确分析这些问题、解决问题,不仅关系到能否有效完成新训任务,更关乎海警部队进入新时代建设发展的光明前程。

Since the leadership of China’s Coast Guard wastransferred from the country’s oceanic authorities to the Chinese people’s armed police forces.The training of new recruits of the coast guard force has been uniformly deployed to four coast guard training bases in Shandong,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Hainan for the first time.In the process of the new training,there are some ideological problems among the recruits,and the accurate analysis and solution of these problems are not only related to the effective completion of the new training task,but also related to the bright future of the construction and development of the coast guard force in the new era.
