贝那普利联合美托洛尔对老年高血压合并心力衰竭的血压控制及Gal-3及MAU水平的影响

Effects of Benazepril Combined with Metoprolol on Blood Pressure Control and Gal-3 and MAU Levels in Elderly Hypertensive Patients with Heart Failure

目的:探究贝那普利联合美托洛尔对老年高血压合并心力衰竭的血压控制及半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)及微量白蛋白尿(MAU)水平的影响,为患者的临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择我院2016年12月~2017年12月间收治的高血压合并心力衰竭患者86例临床治疗情况,将患者按照治疗方式的不同,分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组患者采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔进行治疗,对照组患者仅采取贝那普利进行治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果、相关指标改善情况以及Gal-3和MAU水平改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组(88.4%),患者不良反应发生率为4.7%,明显低于对照组(16.3%)两组比较差异有统计学意义;患者舒张压以及收缩压明显低于对照组,左室收缩末期内径以及左室舒张末期内径明显小于对照组,左室射血分数明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义;患者Gal-3水平以及MAU水平明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:贝那普利联合美托洛尔能够有效的改善老年高血压合并心力衰竭患者病情,改善患者血压情况,值得在临床治疗中广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol on blood pressure control and galectin-3(Gal-3)and microalbuminuria(MAU)levels in elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure.The clinical treatment provides a reference.Methods We selected 86 patients with hypertension complicated with heart failure from December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases according to different treatment methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol,and the control group only treated with benazepril.The treatment effects,improvement of related indicators,and improvement of Gal-3 and MAU levels in the two groups were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.3%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(88.4%).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.7%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.3%).Significance;patients with diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were significantly smaller than the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups Statistically significant;patients with Gal-3 levels and MAU levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusions Benazepril combined with metoprolol can effectively improve the condition of elderly patients with hypertension and heart failure,improve the blood pressure of patients,and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical treatment.
